With over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he brings deep expertise in formulation design, process optimization, technology transfer, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Prior to founding Plexcure, he was associated with Stallion Laboratories, Square Pharmaceuticals, Xylopia Labs (Zydus Cadila), Amneal Pharmaceuticals, and Cadila Healthcare. He has successfully led formulation development projects from concept to market launch, consistently delivering high-quality, regulatory-aligned, and patient-centric solutions.

Driven by a passion for complex dosage forms and innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing, his work spans regulatory strategy, bioequivalence (BE) studies, and technology adoption for global compliance.

He holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics & Pharmaceutical Technology (2005-2007) from L.M. College of Pharmacy, Gujarat University.

At Plexcure, Pritesh leads product strategy, portfolio planning, and market execution. He oversees contract manufacturing, ensures product quality, and manages an efficient and compliant supply chain-advancing the company’s mission to deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare solutions.
